One link in. A week of practice out.

Where the week goes

Six things that eat a teacher's week.

And what PrimerU does about each.

01

Sunday evenings making worksheets.

Pick a topic or paste a link, PDF or video. PrimerU drafts the lesson at your class's level.

02

AI material you can't trust.

Edit any line or redo one card. Nothing reaches students until you approve it.

03

Vocabulary forgotten by next week.

Words come back just before they'd be forgotten. A few minutes a day.

04

Finding out who's lost at the test.

See who's stuck and on which words. One tap turns them into a follow-up lesson.

05

Speaking homework nobody can check.

Send a real-life situation. You get back what they managed to say, and the transcript.

06

Paying per student.

Students join free. A bigger class doesn't cost you more.

How it works

Three steps. One evening back.

From an idea to a week of practice. On your phone, if you like.

1

Start from anything

A topic, a web page, a PDF or a YouTube video. Pick the level and the parts you want.

  • A1 to C1
  • Notes for the AI: "focus on polite requests"
Creating a new lesson from a topic, a link or a file
2

Check it, then send it

Change any card or question. Approve it, pick the class and a due date.

  • Regenerate one item, not the whole lesson
  • Preview it as a student
Reviewing the AI draft card by card
3

See it work

See who started, who finished and which words were hard. Write back in one place.

  • Words the class found hard
  • Feedback lands in the student's feed
A lesson's progress with each student
Practice scenarios

Speaking homework you can actually check.

Send a student into a real situation, like the doctor's or a call to the landlord. They have to get their message across; you get a brief on what to teach next.

  • Ready-made situations from A1 to C1, including exam-style tasks, or write your own with AI in a minute.
  • A result the student understands, from their own AI teacher, in their own language.
  • For you: a brief in your language, the full transcript, and whether they needed help.
  • Type or speak. Set a time limit if you want exam conditions.

At the doctor's with a cough

You are the patient. Tell the doctor what you need them to know.

Monday morning

Walk in knowing what to teach.

One page per lesson shows the whole class. Open a student to see their work and your notes.

A lesson's progress page on a laptop: every student, each part of the lesson, and the words the class found hard

Feedback they actually read

Made for real classes

Built the way teachers work.

Small things that matter when you have three groups and one evening.

No accounts to set up

Share a code or a link. Students sign up on their own phone.

Pictures and audio, made once

Images and read-aloud are made once and shared by the whole class.

You see the work, not their life

You see progress on your lessons. Their own study stays theirs.

Two languages at once

Students read feedback in their language; you read the brief in yours.

Short, daily, on a phone

Sessions take minutes, so they happen on the bus.

Hosted in the EU

Questions

Before you try it.

Do my students have to pay?

No. Students join your class free with a code and get everything you assign. They only pay if they want more for their own study.

Can I use my own material?

Yes: paste text, a link, a PDF or a YouTube video, or start from a topic. Use material you have the right to share with your class.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

You review every item before it goes out. Change the text, regenerate one card, or delete it. Nothing reaches students until you approve the lesson.

What can I see about my students?

Their progress and results on the lessons you assign, their results on the speaking scenarios you send, and the transcripts of those. Not their own study or anything else.

Is it GDPR compliant?

PrimerU is hosted in the EU and built for the GDPR. The privacy policy lists every service that processes data and why.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Nothing is charged. Your classes, lessons and your students' progress stay safe; choose a teacher plan to keep creating and assigning. You keep a free learner account either way.

Why do I need an invitation code?

We're opening PrimerU class by class so every teacher gets a good start. Request access below and we'll send you a code. Students never need one: they join with your class code.
